Studio run by Eva Dziedzic de Aguirre (www.musicartdance.co.uk) is located just a 15-minute walk from Crystal Palace Station & Norwood Junction by South Norwood Lake and grounds with easy free parking in our quite suburb. Eva Curated this space specifically to help you transition from the "doing" of daily London life into a state of "being." Whether you join us on a Friday evening to wash away the work week or spend a weekend afternoon resetting, you are part of a local collective dedicated to restoration.
Hi, I’m Stefan. My journey into vibrational healing is rooted in a deep fascination with how frequency can recalibrate the human nervous system. Alongside SoulFul Sound Baths, I am an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Trainer and Practitioner, a Reiki Master Teacher, and I host wellness retreats in Spain.
